Palm Beach Gem!!
We booked The Pink Palm Beach for my sister’s bachelorette party and could not have asked for a better stay! The location is great, the entire property is beautiful, (prepare to take so many cute pictures!) and the house had everything we needed and more.
We were so impressed with the communication of our hosts, Christine and Gwendolyn. They were helpful, quick to respond to our questions, and offered lots of suggestions for a perfect weekend. I cannot recommend Christine, Gwendolyn, and The Pink Palm Beach enough. Make sure you book here for the best girls weekend ever!!
My daughter and I had a wonderful stay! Gwendolyn’s place was perfect for a fun girls trip. The pool was wonderful and the location was awesome and convenient to several restaurants and the beach. Very relaxing trip!

This house was fabulous for my bachelorette!!! Only a 10 minute drive from Palm Beach Island… the house is the cutest thing you’ll ever see. Slept 11 comfortably with plenty of bathrooms as well. The pool was so fun and we used every inch of the house while we were there. Gwendolyn was so responsive and helpful while planning as well! Could not recommend more

We had an amazing last minute stay here. The location is great if you have a car, you can get anywhere in 10 minutes and if you don’t have a car there’s plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The pool was lovely, and the villa had lots of little details that made the stay better! Would definitely come back. (expect to see some Florida critters)

This was our second stay at this wonderful Airbnb, and it was every bit as perfect as the first. I stayed here with my daughter in March, and returned with my husband for our anniversary in early July. Both visits have been unforgettable.
The home is beautifully decorated with an authentic Palm Beach aesthetic-elegant, bright, and effortlessly chic. Every room is thoughtfully designed, and it’s clear Gwen has considered every detail to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.
We absolutely loved spending time by the pool, and our Cavapoo had the time of her life living her best “Princess Puppy in Palm Beach” life! It made the trip even more special.
The location couldn’t be better, and our host is simply fabulous-kind, responsive, and genuinely committed to creating an exceptional guest experience.
This property has become one of our favorite places, filled with wonderful memories, and we hope to return soon!

What a beautiful, private enclave in Palm Beach! I just adored my time here, bobbing around in the saltwater pool and eating ceviche from Mestizo’s in the garden. As a designer, you can tell when another designer is behind a home— the details were exquisite! Gwendolyn was so helpful and kind, I hope to come back!!!

Before we even arrived, Gwendolyn messaged us numerous detailed restaurant recommendations and activities from her must do list. Her continued welcoming style included offering us the driveway since we had so much to unpack rather than using street parking. Due to the extreme cold, she located space heaters and ample blankets for us. Unfortunately, the pool was not warm enough to swim. The property was stunning as pictured and the cottage was immaculate! We enjoyed being able to walk to so many restaurants and popular attractions were not a far drive. If you are a party of one or two people then reserve this pet-friendly, adorable cozy cottage!

House is very cute ! Decor was lovely! Wonderful pool and host gave wonderful recommendations. There was a slightly damp smell to some of the rooms but perhaps that comes with it being an older house. Wonderful host and perfect place for a girls trip!

We had a lovely stay in the Villa Hibiscus. The room had plenty of space and the full kitchen allowed us to make several of our meals. It was a great home away from home. The pool area was very inviting and beautiful. We found taking Flagler Rd to be the most scenic route around town. The beach is a quick car ride. I took Flagler over to the island and watched the sunrise nearly every morning. Thanks to Gwen and Christina for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home.

My mother and I had an exceptional weekend at the Villa Hibiscus! It was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. We had lots of recommendations for local things to do throughout the weekend. Absolutely amazing location, we were less than 15 minutes away from EVERYTHING we wanted to do in WPB and PB. Location is huge and this rental did not miss the mark. The hosts are responsive & nice. All directions are communicated well and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The bed was our favorite part, super comfy and never wanted to get out of it!

What a wonderful home! Had my sister’s bachelorette here and it was perfect. Slept 10 people comfortably. Pool was lovely and even had floats. The villas were spacious and the house also had four bedrooms upstairs. Great spot to stay! Easy 5-10 min uber to main strip in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach.

We spent a long weekend at Gwendolyn’s Pink Villa. She is an awesome host. Very accommodating! The property is absolutely amazing. We loved the area. We brought our bikes and were able to bike or walk to many restaurants, cafes and attractions. The backyard/pool area is awesome. We spent more time out by the pool than I would have expected. Felt very safe walking my dog in the neighborhood. Highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

And the complex is a hidden gem in the midst of the up-and-coming historic Northwood neighborhood.
