The Space
Sleeps 12! A Historic Mediterranean home in the Old Northwood area of West Palm Beach. The property includes the newly renovated 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home, a detached 1 bedroom/1 bathroom guest house and a detached studio with 1 bathroom
The Pink Palm Beach historic home has 4 bedrooms upstairs to include the master suite with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with whirlpool tub. Upstairs there are also two large bedrooms with queen sized beds and a charming room overlooking the pool with a twin daybed. These rooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs there is a screened in front porch, full kitchen, formal dining room, eat-in breakfast room, and a formal living room overlooking the pool with a fireplace and white grand piano. There is also another full bathroom and a laundry room with washer/dryer. The main house also has secured gated parking for 2 cars.
On the other side of the pool in the back yard is the Villa Hibiscus, a one bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and eating area, living room, bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower and washer/dryer.
The Villa Jasmine is a separate studio overlooking the pool with a kitchenette, king bed and full bathroom with walk-in shower.
All the properties surround a beautiful Moroccan style pool with fountain. There are ample lounge chairs with umbrellas for enjoying the pool area. There is also a seating area with a wood fire pit, outdoor tables and chairs for each property and a gas grill. We have two Townie bikes for guests to use along with helmets and locks.
It is easy to work from home with the fiber optic WiFi and dedicated desks in each unit.
The Pink Palm Beach is within walking distance of Northwood restaurants and shops, waterfront walking and bike path along the Indian River and just a five minute drive to the beach.

Photoshoot
We are a photo friendly Airbnb. Please ask the hostess for details if you are interested in reserving the property for photoshoots. We love to work with influencers and design brands !!
Guest access
Our guests will have full access to the driveway, house, front porch/yard and backyard garden terrace. The rental includes a detached cottages (Villa Hibiscus Cottage). If you need additional space there is an optional Studio rental (Villa Jasmine) which can he added to the booking.
Security
Private gated property with a 4 pin access code which will be provided to guests in advance.
BBQ Gas Grill
The property has a gas grill for guest use. Grill will be used at your own risk and you must assume liability. The grill must be cleaned after every use and before check out. Propane tank must be turned off after use. Guests be charged an additional cleanup fee if the grill is not cleaned.
Pets
Well behaved small pets are welcome for an additional fee which must be paid in advance. Contact hostess to learn more. Guests must clean up after your pet and they cannot go swimming in the pool. Wet dogs are not allowed inside the property – you may be subject to additional cleaning fees and are responsible for any damage to the property.
Bike rentals

Photo Shoots & Special Events

**Property and backyard pool area are not childproof. Parents must watch children at all times and assume liability!**
Pool: The house walk out directly to the backyard pool deck. There is not a child safety gate or net around the pool- children are to be supervised at all times and not left unattended in the backyard.
